Welcome to our Experimental Survey. We are Ambition Profile AB (“We”, “Company”). We are currently conducting a research study about stress in the workplace in which you agree to take part. For purposes of this study, you will answer a Survey containing 51 questions about your overall behavior, including some questions related to you and your workplace. The Survey also contains up to 9 questions regarding your demographic information and your contact information, including your name and email address.
You agree to the following:
– You will answer all questions in the Survey.
– You are at least 18 years old.
– All the content shown in the Survey, including but not limited to questions, phrases, graphic elements, and code, belong to Ambition Profile .
– You shall not copy, attempt to copy, disseminate, any portion of the survey, Including without limitation the content.
– Not to change or attempt to change any portion of the Survey.
– Not to look for or access the code of any portion of the Survey that we have not expressly published.
– By taking the Survey, you consent to the collection, use, sharing, and storage of the information you provide, as outlined in the Data Processing Agreement.
Ambition Profile does not represent or warrant that your use of the survey or content will be uninterrupted, without delays, error-free, or meet your expectations. We do not give any commitment relating to the performance or availability of the survey and, to the extent we are able to do so under applicable law, it excludes any commitments that may be implied by law, including all guarantees and warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the survey, content and related materials, including without limitation any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, title, merchantability, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights, or any warranty arising from statute, course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade.
In the event of a claim arising out of the provision or use of the survey or content, our responsibility to you will never be more than $5. In any event, we will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable or for any punitive damages. The liabilities limited by the preceding sentence apply:
Even if your remedies fail in their essential purpose. If applicable law limits the application of the provisions of this disclaimer, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permissible.
Any part, provision, representation, or warranty of this Agreement, which is prohibited, or which is held to be void or unenforceable shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof.
Disputes arising out of the process of responding to the Survey or this agreement shall be settled by the Stockholm district court as an exclusive forum in the first instance.
